A woman-owned business managed by Jaimi Reed who after raising 4 children as a stay-at-home mom and working in the public sector for several years decided to risk everything and break free to create and manage her own business. By working together as a family and passing down strong values and work ethics, Jaimi is proud to say her oldest son and employee Ethan Huette has thrived under the guidance of his stepfather in learning this much needed trade skill.

In 2023, Jaimi married an outstanding example of a hard-working man, home town Master Electrician Robert Reed. Born and raised in Oswego, NY, Robert brings over 35 years of electrical experience to our team as well as many other vast skills he continues to grow on his own time. Nothing stops Rob as he pushes himself unceasingly. He creates a forward moving, positive work environment where work is fun rather than drudgery and the glass is always half-full no matter what challenges may come!

Those who know Rob love and appreciate him as the man who meets or exceeds the expectations in front of him, always putting others ahead of himself and giving more.
